2008 Djouce Handicap

24th Annual Djouce 8km Trail Handicap
When: Sat Dec 8, 11am
Where: Earl's Drive, first car park, Long Hill, Djouce Woods.
How: this year were are trying a "running clock" handicap system. The
person with the slowest predicted time sets off first, with the
countdown timer set to that time. The first person to cross the line
when time runs out is the winner.
Entry: free, but donations of prizes welcome.
Charity: Irish Nepal Education Trust
To enter: Think hard about your likely time and then either email it
to lindie@lindienaughton.com or text to 086-1023306 before Thursday
December 6.
Also: the usual 2.5 mile junior race, with prizes depending on who
shows up!
